Let Your Family Be A Part Of Our Family
* How do I know it's time to come in for a checkup?
Two weeks prior to your next checkup, we'll send you a reminder note containing all the appointment information, via e-mail, by phone, and recall card.

* What about my children?  At what age do they first see Dr. Mitchell?
Surprising as it may be, it's important to bring your child in to see Dr. Mitchell as early as six months of age, following the arrival of their first primary teeth. This preventive measure allows Dr. Mitchell to examine and evaluate the child's oral development before problems begin. At this time, Dr. Mitchell can identify and help prevent damage from baby bottle tooth decay, teeth irritations, imperceptible gum disease, and/or prolonged thumb-sucking.

* What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
During the day, emergency calls should be placed directly to the office at 972.252.3020. In event of an emergency after hours, please call 214.395.4700.

* What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?
Dr. Mitchell's high standards of patient care are seen throughout our office, where our team is meticulously trained in the latest technological advances. This includes our state of the art sterilization equipment, used to ensure your health and safety.
